From April 23 to 25, Barcelona hosted the 30th edition of the international Seafood Expo Global<\/strong> meeting, the largest fish and seafood event in the world. From Balfeg\u00f3 we were able to participate with a majestic 200 m\u00b2 stand<\/strong> where we attended to clients and people interested in our product from around the world.<\/p>\n

Seafood Expo Global was an international showcase to present the news of all participating companies. In addition, the fair celebrated its 30th anniversary with the largest edition in its history<\/strong>, with 2,244 exhibitors from up to 87 countries, who occupied 51,200 square meters of exhibition space<\/strong>, 4% more than in 2023.<\/p>\n

This event is a very important event in our annual calendar, since it represents a meeting with the majority of our international clients. For the second consecutive year, at Balfeg\u00f3 we decided to prepare a big welcome party<\/strong>, create a space for celebration and meeting with all those who visited us during the Seafood Expo Global week. Thus, the Boulevard of Barcelona<\/strong> was the space chosen for a night of enjoyment; of good company, music, dancing and the best bluefin tuna in the world. On Tuesday, after kicking off Seafood Expo Global the day before, the event began at the Gran Via fairgrounds. Part of our team traveled to Barcelona to serve our customers and talk to people interested in Balfeg\u00f3 bluefin tuna<\/strong>. At the event we had some exceptional preparations, which were carried out by the Tunateca Balfeg\u00f3<\/strong> team, who had the help of the chefs from the Atalaya<\/strong> Restaurant<\/strong> (Alcossebre). All attendees were able to enjoy our loin and belly, as well as other very select parts such as head meat, chain or collar bone.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, at our stand, visitors could see an impressive specimen of bluefin tuna weighing nearly 150 kg<\/strong> that left speechless everyone who passed by our space.<\/p>\n
