During the morning, the cooks will have to prepare and present <strong>two recipes<\/strong>, one made with Balfeg\u00f3 bluefin tuna loin and another with a part of the tuna of their choice.<\/p>\n<p>Your creation will be evaluated and scored by a renowned jury &#8211; which we will announce soon &#8211; and <strong>the chef who obtains the most points will be the representative of Portugal in the grand final of the VII edition of Chef Balfeg\u00f3<\/strong>, which will be held on October 28 in Madrid.
