The objective of this scholarship is to promote the professional careers of women in the world of haute cuisine and restaurants to break the gender gap in this group, <strong>promote gender parity and create a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion<\/strong>. Balfeg\u00f3WTalent is part of the principles and equality plan of this company specialized in fishing, aquaculture and marketing of bluefin tuna.<a href=\"https:\/\/balfego.com\/balfegowtalent\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-29787 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/balfego.com\/app\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Sign-up-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"185\" height=\"47\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to <strong>Marta Rodr\u00edguez Morillo, director of Balfeg\u00f3&#8217;s People Department<\/strong>, \u201cthe company wants to actively contribute to equality by providing training of excellence and high-level specialization in the culinary field to young female talents. We hope that our scholarship continues to make more women say yes to a professional career in the world of haute cuisine.\u201d The fourth edition of the Balfeg\u00f3 scholarship will be developed, once again, in collaboration with the Mom Culinary Institute cooking school.<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>Paula \u00c1lvarez, third Balfeg\u00f3 scholarship recipient<\/strong>, \u201cthis scholarship has given wings to my dream of setting up a restaurant in the countryside in the future where I can grow the products necessary for the dishes. I am very grateful to Balfeg\u00f3 for this opportunity. I believe that cooking is a very creative and loving art that allows you to give yourself to others. For this reason \u2013 Adell points out \u2013 I encourage all those aspiring to enter the world of restoration to apply for the Balfeg\u00f3Wtalent scholarship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aspiring chef <strong>Jessica Gibu<\/strong>, second Balfeg\u00f3WTalent scholarship, states along the same lines, for whom \u201cthe scholarship has changed my life and opened new paths, it is being a great opportunity in my professional career. Since then I have worked and strive every day, with passion and heart, to learn and I aspire, whether I achieve it or not, to be the best chef.
