In 2013, he was the winner of the first edition of the <strong>Le Cordon Bleu Madrid Promises in Haute Cuisine Award Competition<\/strong>, where in 2014 he obtained the <strong>Diploma in Cooking with Honorable Mention<\/strong>, a distinction he also received in 2015 in his <strong>Diploma in Patisserie<\/strong>, thus obtaining the Grand Diplome. He was Spain&#8217;s representative in the international edition of the <strong>10th Copa de Jerez and in 2022 he won the Young Chef Award from the Michelin Guide and the Chef of the Year Competition at Alimentaria<\/strong>.
