His professional career led him to work in some of the best restaurants in the world, including <strong>Central in Lina<\/strong>, <strong>Herv\u00e9 Bistro in Lima<\/strong> (two Michelin stars), <strong>D.O.M. in Sao Paulo<\/strong> (two Michelin stars), <strong>Quique Dacosta in Denia<\/strong> (three Michelin stars), and <strong>FAVORITE Parkhotel Mainz<\/strong> (one Michelin star).
