Dubai&#8217;s leading chefs, including <strong>Gregoire Berger<\/strong>, <strong>Mohammed<\/strong> <strong>Orfali<\/strong> and <strong>Himanshu<\/strong> <strong>Saini<\/strong>, were also candidates for the top awards.<\/p>\n<p>An ambitious three-day program awaited the attendees, who were able to sample <strong>Balfeg\u00f3 Bluefin Tuna<\/strong> in the space created for this purpose in the partners area, with stunning views from <strong>Sphere, One and Only One Za&#8217;abeel<\/strong>. The event showcased emerging culinary talents from Dubai, such as <strong>Wassim Orfali<\/strong> and <strong>Christophe Devoille<\/strong> in pastry, together with <strong>Tetsuya Wakuda<\/strong> from Sagetsu and <strong>Rita Sueidan<\/strong> from Maisan15, who enriched the city&#8217;s programming with their innovative approaches. Local candidates <strong>Eva Halasa<\/strong> from Three by Eva, <strong>Kelvin Cheung<\/strong> from Jun&#8217;s, and <strong>Arianna Bundy<\/strong> from Ariana&#8217;s Persian Kitchen, underscored even more the breadth of culinary know-how that Dubai has to offer.
