L&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a permis de mettre en avant les talents culinaires \u00e9mergents de Duba\u00ef, comme <strong>Wassim Orfali<\/strong> et <strong>Christophe Devoille<\/strong> en p\u00e2tisserie, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de <strong>Tetsuya Wakuda<\/strong> de Sagetsu et de <strong>Rita Sueidan<\/strong> de Maisan15, qui ont enrichi la programmation de la ville avec leurs approches innovantes.
