Many of the gastronomic talents have been part of Chef Balfegó, the most important international gastronomy contest in Europe, in which chefs from Spain, Germany, Italy, and Portugal participate.
The contestants, throughout the different editions, have demonstrated the versatility of Balfegó bluefin tuna, presenting from the most traditional to the most avant-garde recipes.
